Healthy eating for busy people


                



  Healthy eating for busy people is very easy. It starts with breakfast, breakfast helps to sustain energy level and balancing blood sugar management. A good food for breakfast should be simple but nutritious, such as peanut sandwich paired with warm milk. After that, for lunch, more fiber and vitamins should be consume by eating fruits as a lunch snacks. Then ,dinner meals should be a light and low calorie, or else it will increase body fat percentage and make the consumers turn fat if they continuously taking heavy meals for dinner. Eating late also should be avoid, because human body metabolism is slowing down at night and body detoxity come up to failure because it’s the time for body system to rest by getting sleep. Lastly , according to Islamic research, fasting is good for a healthy diet because it helps to digest toxin from your tummy. In conclusion, healthy eating for busy people is very easy and simple.
